PRODUCT FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
This machine is suitable for round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, conical bottles and special-shaped bottles. lt can realize single label, double side, full circumferential labeling and positioninglabeling.
Screwless bottle feeding is com patible with screw bottle feeding, The bottle body is scratch-resistant and ensures smooth and stableoroduct entry and exit during high-speed operation,The German Basler (BASLER) camera is used to collect positioning points andcooperated with the servo station motor to achieve precise fixed-point positioning and labeling through PLc system contro.
Using high-power, high-torque, ultra-small inertia servo label delivery system, high label delivery accuracy and stable operation, high. speed label feeder: using three servo motors, one variable frequency motor, dual-cylinder clutch and mechanical components.
Independent servo motor and pre-output hopper cooperate with pre-delivery of labels.
The new tension control of the dualcylinder clutch swing bar ensures stable tension and smooth operation during high-speed labelfeeding. It cooperates with the main label feeding servo motor to improve labeling accuracy. The label feeding speed can reach up to160m/min.
Independent backing paper recycling mechanism: an independent co-servo motor and a three-phase asynchronous motor cooperateto collect the backing paper,which can accommodate 12 rolls of label backing paper at a time. After 12 rols of labels, the backingDaper only needs to be cleaned once, reducing the downtime for cleaning the backing paper., increase productivity.
Automatic switching when single label is used to realize non-stop function for label change. A labeling station can be added to realize the non-stop function of double label and triple label change.
Automatic centralized lubrication system regularly lubricates main operating parts to facilitate maintenance and extend service life.
