<p>This production line is suitable for antenna embedding of large quantities of dual-interface cards or contactless cards; <br /> Main functions: automatic feeding, automatic embedding, and automatic collecting, etc.; <br /> The number of embedding machines connected to the line can be customized based on user requirements (6-12 units).<br /> The layout and size of embedding materials can be customized according to users’ needs, suitable for various INLAY materials (e.g., PVC, ABS, PET, PC, etc.).</p>
<p>This production line is suitable for the antenna embedding of large quantities of dual-interface cards or contactless card INLAY; <br /> Main functions: automatic feeding, automatic embedding, and automatic collecting, etc.; <br /> Each embedding machine uses a 2 platforms for simultaneous embedding, significantly increasing production capacity. The number of embedding machines connected to the line can be configured based on user requirements (2-6 units).<br /> The layout and size of embedding materials can be customized according to users’ needs, and the equipment is compatible with various INLAY materials (e.g., PVC, ABS, PET, PC, etc.).</p>
<p>This equipment is mainly suitable for automatic production of contactless card INLAY; Main functions: manual loading and unloading, automatic chip implanting, automatic embedding, and automatic chip and antenna welding, etc. <br /> Based on user requirements, an automatic loading and unloading system can be added to achieve fully automated production. The layout and size of INLAY can be customized according to users’ needs, suitable for various INLAY materials (e.g., PVC, ABS, PET, PC, etc.).</p>
