Functional Features:
1. The power of the hot press head is driven by a servo motor. The contact time between the hot press head and the card can be adjusted during hot stamping.
2. When the hot stamping material and the hot stamping head meet the standards, after the cleaning of the residual material of the hot stamping film in the subsequent process, the pattern is complete and clear after hot stamping, and the hot stamping firmness is strong.
3. The card is inserted by suction cup pull down, completely eliminating the scratches between the cards when the card is pulled out.
4. The card delivery adopts the side nodule method, which is accurate and the card surface is not scratched.
5. The hot stamp is fixed at the center of the spindle, and the card hot stamping position can be adjusted
6. The X and Y axis worktable of the hot stamping head is adjusted to complete the adjustment, which can be adjusted simply and the precision can reach 0.1mm.
7. The film strip is transported by stepper motor, and the embossing spacing can be set accurately and stably, which reduces the consumption of embossing material.
8. The leveling of the hot stamping head is adjusted by the curved surface, which is accurate and easy to adjust. The surface cleaning station can be selected after hot stamping.
