Card Bending and Torsion Tester

The Bending and Torsion Tester is primarily used for bending and twisting tests on standard IC cards;
Main functions long edge bending test, short edge bending test, and torsion test, etc.
Each workstation can test up to 10 cards at a time, and there are three workstations that can operate simultaneously.
The tester complies with the ISO10373-1:2020 standard. The test frequency and the number of tests can also be customized through the touchscreen according to user requirements.

Functional Features:

6. Test frequency is controlled by the speed of a servo motor, ensuring precise accuracy.
7. After completing the number of tests set by the user, the system automatically stops operation.
8. The touchscreen interface supports both Chinese and English (language can be switched).
