This equipment is mainly suitable for automatic production of contactless card INLAY; Main functions: manual loading and unloading, automatic chip implanting, automatic embedding, and automatic chip and antenna welding, etc.
Based on user requirements, an automatic loading and unloading system can be added to achieve fully automated production. The layout and size of INLAY can be customized according to users’ needs, suitable for various INLAY materials (e.g., PVC, ABS, PET, PC, etc.).

Functional Features:

1. Integrated equipment for chip placement and implantation, automatic embedding, and automatic chip welding. 
2. The equipment integrates multiple workstations into one fully automated production line. 
3. Workstation platforms are connected by  transmission chains for automatic material transportation and positioning. 
4. Non-stop platform vacuum technology between chip implantation, embedding, and welding stations ensures that the PVC material stays still and does not deform, guaranteeing precision during the entire process. 
5. Flexible vibration plate + visual positioning + XYZR robotic arm is used for chip implantation. 
6. Each chip position on the worktable has vacuum function.
7. The equipment is equipped with 8 sets of embedding heads, to embed the antenna into the PVC material via ultrasonic technology.  
8. The embedding heads is equipped with the disconnection detection function. 
9. Chip welding is performed using pulse inverter resistance point welding machines.
10. A CCD vision system is used during chip welding to precisely locate the ends of the antenna, ensuring welding accuracy. 
11. The equipment is equipped with two-point welding machines to ensure welding speed. 
12. The equipment is equipped with an independent vacuum source. 
13. The control system is self-developed, ensuring long-term usability and easy maintenance.
