This production line is suitable for the antenna embedding of large quantities of dual-interface cards or contactless card INLAY;
Main functions: automatic feeding, automatic embedding, and automatic collecting, etc.;
Each embedding machine uses a 2 platforms for simultaneous embedding, significantly increasing production capacity. The number of embedding machines connected to the line can be configured based on user requirements (2-6 units).
The layout and size of embedding materials can be customized according to users’ needs, and the equipment is compatible with various INLAY materials (e.g., PVC, ABS, PET, PC, etc.).

3. Overlapping card detecting function for each machine (to avoid double feeding)
4. Marking function for each machine (traceable product quality)
5. Vacuum platform for automatic positioning and correction of embedding materials
6. Automatic docking and receiving line for 12 machines, with robotic arms for fully automated material collection
7. The end of the receiving line is equipped with automatic collecting machine.
8. Electrostatic elimination system on the conveyor line, effectively removing static from the loaded material.
9. The entire line can be connected to the MES system.
10. Users can set up single machine operation or fully automated line operation
11. Self-developed system for easy long-term software maintenance and upgrades.
